Ewemade has worked in community development for the last 25 years and is a former Youth Worker as well. A Life coach and author a keen sportsman with numerous Radio and TV appearances including the Daily Politics.

Carmen is Club Bar Manager and qualified Body Therapist. As a young women under 30, she is particularly concerned to see minority women break into mainstream broadcasting and is supporting the charities efforts to encourage a greater take up of work and learning opportunities by ethnic minorities.

Kevin previously had over 10 years of experience working for the largest record company in the world, SONY BMG before leaving to manage his own business . He launched BMETVFM's ambitious 70 point " Our Plans Our Future " plan for a better deal for minorities in Broadcasting which included a pledge that BMETVFM will help create 250 Broadcasting places by 2006. He oversaw the organisations involvement in creating 1,200 opportunities in the run up to the 2012 games.
Youth Engagement Officer – Joseph Maye

Joseph has bought his experience of being the President of his universities African and Caribbean Society to the benefit of the charity. He has led directly in engaging over 2,000 young people via sport and creative media projects since 2009.

Craig has worked across UK and internationally in communications, PR and marketing with private and charitable organisations. Craig works with the music industry in promoting and developing young artists with Kay. He has also been involved in setting up music/media
